This is a multi-use makeup tool made in the USA of FDA approved plastic. Light yet sturdy, use it to catch eye shadow or glitter fallout.By holding down the top lashes, apply liner thin or smudged right along the lash line. Use to safely tint eyelashes, airbrush under the bottom lashes,or anchor prothetics. Apply individual eyelashes or hold down a full strip till it dries.
It has even been used to help insert contact lenses.
